Yeah, this. I have worked in some of the biggest, baddest corporate law firms in the country/world, and I can tell you that staring them down does more for your credibility (and for future women in the firm) than throwing up the white flag of sexual harassment. Don’t get me wrong, when your workplace is untenable, make it known and make it known loudly. But when you’re a little too precious to stick up for yourself, you may have chosen the wrong work environment.
